Return/Warranty Policy


  • If the product is damaged, we will replace the items within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, a credit will be placed on your account.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
  • All returns must be issued a RMA before the return will be accepted. 
  • Orion is not a warranty repair station. Please refer all warranty issues to the manufacturer. 
  • Customers who refuse COD Shipments will be responsible for the original and return freight charges.
